The 9th Iberian Conference of Entrepreneurship – CIEM 2019 – promoted by the Empreend – Portuguese Association for Entrepreneurship, and the University Portucalense, will take place on 14th and 15th November 2019 under the motto: Undertake and Internationalise.
This conference comes to give continuity to the ties of exchange between the scientific and business worlds with the purpose of sharing knowledge, skills and experiences contributing to the growth of the economy.
The Empreend – Portuguese Association for Entrepreneurship, and the University Portucalense, are pleased to announce the realization of the 9th Iberian Conference of Entrepreneurship which this year takes place in Oporto (Portugal).
The likeness of previous editions, which mobilized several hundreds of researchers and professionals dedicated to the various areas of entrepreneurship, we intend that this edition will be an excellent opportunity for sharing your research work.
The CIEM has as its fundamental aim to strengthen synergies between the scientific universe and business with the intention of sharing knowledge, skills and experiences, thus contributing to improve and leverage the relationships between pairs who are investigating in the area of entrepreneurship and ensuring the transfer of knowledge to those who work in the global market through innovation and creativity.
This will contribute to the dynamism of the economy thus reinforcing the triple helix between companies, governments and academia.
We are working with all the commitment to receive you in Oporto and to provide a space for interaction, sharing of experiences, pooling of efforts and the creation of partnerships between universities, companies and other organizations, with the aim of strengthening and boosting entrepreneurship-border between Portugal and Spain, we believe that we will hold a scientific event not to be missed.
